We aim to ensure the prices shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.

We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Merchandise prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, Wild Thistle Cake Design takes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

Even where your payment is accepted by our systems, no contract shall exist until Wild Thistle Cake Design has dispatched the items to you.

Wild Thistle Cake Design will not be held responsible for any loss, consequential loss or damage to any individual or business which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained on this website.

Payment

Payment can be made using credit/debit cards through our secure website or for bespoke orders through bank transfer using details outlined on the invoice.

Card payments are made through a secure server. Wild Thistle Cake Design does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party. Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.

Delivery

Cake orders can be collected from our kitchen in Stonehaven or free local delivery to AB39 postcodes. Delivery to other areas will incur a charge which will be agreed upon ordering.

For Local Deliveries

We always aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for delay.

Any costs associated with a failed delivery will be borne by the recipient.

It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit.

We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as stated above.

No compensation can be offered for loss of wages due to failed or late deliveries.

Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. Wild Thistle Cake Design will not be liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, no returns or refunds are possible. Cancellation must be made 4 days prior to agreed delivery or collection date.

Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
